No, they do not deliver.
Basic, food was ok, service good.
The food here is mediocre at best. I ordered ground beef on a taco and received shredded beef. It's difficult to have a bad enchilada pretty much ever. The enchilada sauce was so sweet, I couldn't eat it. It was almost as if the sauce was mole, rather than enchilada sauce. The one server that was working, decided who she would be friendly with, or not. I did not feel welcomed here. The server was very short and curt with me, but she was overly friendly to those she saw on a daily basis. I noticed a group that was out to lunch who received A+ service, and a man who quickly stopped for a quick bite, who happened to be passing through, got the same annoyed attitude from the server as I.I was weary of Mexican food in a small, middle of nowhere town. My instincts were right. I definitely won't be coming back here.
Very tasty. The salsa was awesome, my enchiladas verdes had great flavor, and my partner rated his chicken quesadilla a 9/10.
Cool atmosphere, friendly service, typical American Mexican food.
Used to go there when I was young great food it's now all Mexican fare am 60 now enjoyed myself little pricey tho. Not the comfort food that it used to be. I remember they had chicken fried steak dinner that u would kill for no mo sadly.all good go to lone pine smell the pines n do little fishin then go eat some texmex😋
Just good authentic Mexican food. Located right on 395. Juevos Rancheros is a recommended breakfast or lunch.
Large portions of freshly prepared food. I enjoyed the fresh spinach and cheese enchiladas. The chili verde was good as well.
Good food, not great. No liquor license. other then beer and wine. Good service and very nice waittess
Good food and cozy atmosphere. Only complaint is the extra surcharge of around 3 bucks they hit you with for using your credit card.
Good food but their fee for using your credit/debit card is astronomical. It was over 3%. I can understand like $.50 but my fee was just shy of $3.00. Ridiculous !!!!!
food good service slow
Good Mexican food, good prices. I would recommend this place.
Decent food, pretty good selection on the menu. Laid back casual dining. Ordered the Chili Colorado plate. Good sized portions . Was quite good Service was a bit lacking but could have been do to it being close to closing time.
The soft shredded beef tacos were so delicious
Frosted beer mugs, hot food, great service, excellent value.
Chile Relleno Burrito! I always stop here for the Chile Relleno Burrito. It's been a few years now, but I think about it often : )
Simply tasty carne asada tacos and enjoy the view of Mt. Whitney right in front of you.Friendly and heart warming staffs and just a beautiful little town on your way to fishing lakes.
Sunday was a busy day, seemed like all over. Lone Pine was having a parade, so downtown was getting busy along the main drag.I was there for fuel and food and spotted the Bonanza with parking right in front.I ordered the chicken enchiladas, one of my favorite dishes. Bonanza also provided two baskets of chips and a tasty salsa for my buddy and I. All were good and we got out of town ahead of the parade.
Best mex place I've been to on 395, food is worth it sorry about no pix we devoured. Waitress said nothing frozen and you can taste it. We had Chile Verde, carne asada plate and green Chile enchiladas.
I get to eat here a lot since I work nearby. I have to say their customer service is always fantastic and they keep the spot clean constantly. Pricing is fair and they serve sizeable portions.
Great service, but food is not worth the cost
If you want corporate fast food don't eat here. If you want cheap food you should try $5 sandwich at the Subway across the street. If you want tasty Mexican faire at reasonable prices this is the place. The portions are large so the wife and I split the #28A. Vegetarian enchiladas. Yummy. We are salsa sissies and don't like spicy. No complaints about heat here, they can "warm" most any dish for you if like it HOT.Heck the salsa served with the chips was too hot for our taste. So if you are jones'n for Mex we recommend the Bonanza. (Posted by out of towners trying the local eateries)
I had a very tasty and filling burrito. Service was prompt and courteous and the price was reasonable. The place seemed to be popular with locals which is a good sign.
Pork Chili verde was an excellent version. The spinach enchiladas were made with fresh spinach in tasty tomatillo sauce.
Delicious food like mom would make. Excellent service. Specially like the appetizer tostadas. Quite and relaxed atmosphere.
Great offerings for food you expect at a Mexican restaurant, and pleasant additions. I had the veggie enchilada plate with salsa verde. Muy Delicious!
Good chips and salsa and good homemade chile rellenos. The waitresses are all very nice, service can be a bit slow depending on how many diners are present. Very low key no ambience restaurant.
I've only eaten there once, so I can not rate 5 stars nor lower than 5 based on one meal. What I had was decent, I ate most of it my daughter ate her food as well and service was good too.
Great food and reasonable prices! We had 2 vegetarian Super Burritos, Flautas, and something else that I've forgotten - all really enjoyed our meals!
THE WORST MEXICAN FOOD EVER. $14 for "Super Nachos"; a plate of tortilla chips with cheese and tiny bits of meat. The cheese wasn't even melted all the way, the bits of meat were TINY. A poor excuse for Mexican food. The Burrito was wrapped horribly (too loose). I wish I never ate there. How can you screw up Nachos? Only if your lazy and/or incompetent. For the $$$ I was charged, I felt I was robbed. I would rather have stopped and gotten a snickers. Service was OK, the owner should retire and make dog food from now on.
Fantastic, especially since I had high expectations for a Mexican place in a tourist town like Lone Pine. Highly recommended.
Awesome!!! Good food
The food is good but there is only one person serving the entire restaurant with 10 tables. That explains the long wait that everyone are experiencing. 4 stars for the food, 1 star for the service.
The carne asada fries were pretty delicious as were the carne asada tacos. However I wish they had spicier salsa to go with the food. The servings are decent but a little pricey.
Great coffee. Nice atmosphere. Good food.
Great food, clean, friendly after a long drive -- even the basic rice and beans give you a hug. Had the veggie enchiladas. Yum.
We just hiked Whitney and 15 of us came to eat here, waitress told us she couldn't helped us because she had 2 tables to serve. We walked out to give business to another restaurant
First time food was good, only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I've only had one meal so far at this location. Will likely to stop again and try something different and perhaps up the rating.
Friendly service. Homemade delicious food. Authentic Mexican food. Even the chips are homemade and excellent. The tamale is amazing.
You know, I'm definitely going back, even if it's for beer, water, homemade delicious chips, and a decent salsa. My taco salad with shredded beef was decent, and I couldn't even eat it all, so the portions are good. Now, I've had my best Mexican in Brooklyn, and this will never be beat. Here we are in Lone Pine, to me it is one of the better choices. Friendly enough service, and everything happened in a way timely manner, however we needed to chill out, and were not in a huge hurry... Slow down folks:)!
The food here is 💯% made fresh, no canned ingredients. It's delicious authentic Mexican food, which also offers some classic Western American options. Great service and reasonable prices make it a great choice. The fact that my mother owns it(🤷♂️lol) has nothing to do with my review.
They were very overwhelmed the one and only time I was there. There was one lady waiting on the whole restaurant by her self then four older teenagers who tried to help but really had no idea what they were doing. The food was just ok. It wasn't anything to write home about.
Excellent service and excellent food
The staff was very slow. I had to wait too long for my food even though there were not much people at the place. Also I had to wait 15 min for my check.
The food is delicious and the waitress, Angelica, was so friendly, sweet, and adorable. Would love to eat here again! Also, they make the salsa and it is soooo good. The chips are also done in house (I asked the waitress because I was so impressed). The portions are huge. There is really nothing bad to say about this place. The only thing I would change is that they served hard alcohol besides beer and wine so that I could have a margarita with my delicious meal. Couldn't be happier!
Menu has a nice variety. My taste calls for more spicy and more flavour. Food seems fresh and reasonably prepared but I won't call it outstanding or excellent. Portions are rather large. Friendly staff.
It was disguisting. I dont recommend it. The subway across the street would be a better choice.
A good restaurantWith nice waitness und good food.
Exceptional food, very friendly staff members, always good mood. They charge reasonable rates and the food quality is good. Fantastic work.
Fast service, nice staff.
